Why Maintenance Matters

Recently, we've had to replace many washing machines and dryers due to:

• Lint buildup in dryers, which can create fire hazards.
• Small items like screws and nails left in washing machines, causing mechanical damage.

When machines are handled roughly or neglected, repairs or replacements become necessary. If a machine breaks due to these reasons, your company will be responsible for the associated costs.

How You Can Help

To prevent these issues, please follow these simple steps:

1. Empty the lint filter after every use.
2. Check all pockets for small objects like screws, nails, or coins before washing.

These measures will help avoid costly repairs, extend the machines' lifespan, and keep everyone’s laundry process smooth and safe.

Inspections and Fines

To address ongoing concerns, we are introducing unscheduled inspections of the machines. During these checks:

• If lint is found in the dryer filter or metal objects in the washing machine, a fine of 1,500 SEK will apply per failed inspection.
• Damages caused by negligence will result in your company being charged for repairs or replacement.
