We offer energy-efficient accommodation, where all heating and electricity are included. This allows us to optimize energy use for our tenants and reduce excess energy waste.
With responsible property management, we ensure that our properties are regularly maintained and inspected to ensure that the properties are in good condition and maintain their energy efficiency. It can be about everything from the sealing strips being of good quality, to the entire heating systems being up to date.
All our accommodation has waste sorting of household garbage and we monitor heating and electricity consumption every month, which benefits everyone both the costs and the environment.

As I said, we work in many different areas to reduce our environmental impact. It ranges from the fact that we primarily buy our own office furniture second-hand to the fact that our company cars are electric or hybrid cars.
We repair and reuse as much as possible instead of buying new. This can apply to both furniture and technical equipment, both in our own office and in our various rental properties.
By having many meetings online, we reduce travel in the service, many customer meetings and sales meetings take place digitally remotely. This is a big difference to how the industry previously worked with many long distance journeys. Our office is basically paperless and instead everything is managed digitally.
In addition to these areas with a large environmental impact, we also work with sustainability in the small and personal.
In order to be a sustainable workplace for our employees, we have also worked a lot on areas that contribute to creating a good working environment and good working conditions.
