STAFF ACCOMMODATION IN UPPSALA
LONG TERM HOUSING FOR RENT
We help businesses relocate employees to Sweden temporarily, mostly for contracting and building projects. Contact us about short- or long-term accommodation in Uppsala for your company!
This is always included in the rent:
Heating and electricity
Bed linen and towels
Furniture and fully equipped kitchen
Access to laundry options
TV and Wi-Fi
Parking
Staff accommodation for workers and managers
All our apartments for rent are specially adapted to suit staff in the construction and contracting industry, for both work teams and managers. We know the industry well and therefore we are aware of how difficult it can be to find good housing solutions for employees at another location during a project or other temporary assignment.
Whether you are staying for a shorter or longer period, we have affordable options for your company. Our company accommodations are always competitive compared to Swedish hostels and hotels.
About Uppsala
Uppsala is a city north of Stockholm and is famous for it’s University, Uppsala Universitet. The most important transport route for car traffic is the motorway on Europaväg 4. Many Uppsala residents commute along the motorway to Stockholm in particular. It also passes Arlanda, which is also used extensively among Uppsala’s population. The motorway also goes north up past Storvreta to Gävle.
The Swedish government prioritizes Uppsala as one of the areas in their investment in new sustainable cities and districts. This investment will create new housing and workplaces in the southeastern districts. These will serve as a model for sustainable construction.
The goal is a sustainable and climate-positive Uppsala by the year 2050. To get there, the city needs to change right now. The city has started an innovation process together with interested actors to find the new technical solutions that are needed.
Uppsala wants to develop an integrated and coordinated technical system where the idea is to be able to better take care of the resources that are available and create better conditions for a sustainable society.
